KQED RADIO PRACTICAL TRAINING INTERNSHIP ELIGIBILITY

Practical Training Internships for KQED-FM Radio are available to both students and non-students. Student interns receive academic credit; however non-students and career-transfers fill many of our internships and are encouraged to apply.

2008 Application Deadlines and Internship Dates

Fall Term Application Deadline: June 15
Fall Term Internship Dates: September 15 - January 15

Spring Term Application Deadline: October 15
Spring Term Internship Dates: January 15 - May 30

Summer Term Application Deadline: March 1
Summer Term Internship Dates: June 1 - September 15

Hours

Practical Training Internships for Public Radio include two eight hour periods per week (no weekends) for four months.
